We built Instant Assistance to give business owners more room to focus, grow, and enjoy the business they’re building. Our work brings thoughtful people, clear systems, and ongoing guidance together – so you can hand over responsibilities with confidence and make more time for what matters to you.
We take the time to understand the work, pay attention to the details, and follow through. When something needs attention, we bring it up and help move it forward.
You should know where things stand. We share progress, ask questions when something is unclear, and talk through challenges early - so you can make decisions with a clear picture.
Your assistant has people to turn to, too. Our supervisors and management team stay involved, offering guidance and helping work through challenges as your business and the role evolve.
As we learn more about your business, we look for ways to make the work easier. That can mean a clearer process, a better handoff, or thoughtful use of AI - with people responsible for the results.
Instant Assistance has transformed the way I manage my business. Their team is reliable, professional, and truly understands my needs.
Working with Instant Assistance is like having an extra team member I can always count on. They handle everything efficiently and with care.
I’ve saved so much time and stress since partnering with Instant Assistance. Their support allows me to focus on growing my business.
Founded by sisters Marija and Dijana Peshevska, Instant Assistance grew from a shared belief: business owners should have reliable people and clear systems behind them, so they can spend more time on the work that needs their attention.
Today, our remote team helps real estate agents, teams, and other business owners manage operations, marketing, and growth. We offer English- and Spanish-speaking virtual assistants, with onboarding and ongoing guidance from our management team.
Our role continues after you choose an assistant. We help organize the handoff, clarify priorities, and build a plan for the first 90 days. Regular check-ins, supervisor support, and coaching give you a team to turn to as the role develops.
We start by looking at where your time goes, what slows the business down, and which responsibilities an assistant can own. From there, we help document processes, organize recurring work, and build practical workflows around your priorities.
AI and automation are part of that work where they make sense. Your assistant can use them to organize information, prepare drafts, and streamline repeatable steps—while reviewing outputs, handling exceptions, and keeping execution moving.
